The Firm

My name is Jason Weis. I was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned my degree in Economics from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Life later brought me to Charlotte, North Carolina, where I spent nearly two decades building my career at two of the largest investment firms in the world. After gaining that experience, I went on to establish my own firm, Queen City Capital—a name that ties together the two Queen Cities that have shaped my life: Cincinnati, where I’m from, and Charlotte, where I live and serve today. Family is at the center of everything I do. I’m blessed with a beautiful wife, Stacy, four amazing children—Trey, Tyler, Isabella, and Evie—and our dog, Duke. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, skiing, and spending time outdoors and on the water with my family. I’m deeply passionate about serving and helping others maximize their potential—not just financially, but in life. I believe thoughtful guidance and genuine relationships can create clarity, confidence, and opportunity for the people I work with. And for better or worse, I’m a diehard Cincinnati Bengals and Reds fan—something that hasn’t changed no matter how far from Cincinnati life has taken me.
